Office Hours / Policies
Our regular office hours are as follows:
Monday - Thursday: 8:30 am -
5:00 pm
Friday:
8:00 am - 4:30 pm
Saturday:
9:00 am - 12:00 noon
Sunday & Holidays:
Office Closed
Office visits are by appointment only. Please give
at least 24 hours notice when canceling or rescheduling an appointment
to avoid being charged for the visit. This will allow someone else to
take advantage of that appointment time. Appointments made before or
after office hours are assessed an after-hours fee in addition to the
regular office visit fee.
In order to see our patients in a timely manner,
we cannot see walk-ins or siblings without an appointment. As a
courtesy to our other patients, please call if your child needs to be
seen.
Please note that hours may vary according to
holiday schedules and physician availability.
Relatives and Caretakers
We understand that a parent may not always be able
to come to your child's appointment. If your child will be accompanied
by a caretaker other than a parent, please fax or send along a written,
signed letter or our release form (click
here for forms) giving permission to our staff to examine and
administer vaccines or medications to your child in your absence. We
are also required by law to have written permission to disclose any
pertinent medical advice or information to a relative or caretaker via
the telephone. Please note that we will not be able to render care
without written permission under federal HIPPA guidelines.
